Ingredients
• 1/4 cup butter
• 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
• 1 tsp. Creole mustard
• 2 (6 oz.) cans crabmeat, drained and flaked
• 1 (4 oz.) can small shrimp, drained
• 1 tsp. Cajun seasoning
• salt and pepper to taste
• 2 lbs. grouper fillets
• 1 tbsp. olive oil
• 1 lemon, juiced
• 1 tsp. chopped fresh parsley
• salt and pepper to taste
Direction
• Start preheating oven broiler. Wrap a medium baking dish with foil.
• In a saucepan, melt butter with the cream over medium heat, then blend in
Creole mustard. Cook while stirring until thickened. Mix in shrimp and crab.
Add pepper, Cajun seasoning and salt to season. Cook until they are heated
through.
• In prepared baking dish, arrange grouper; rub with lemon juice, parsley and
olive oil. Season with pepper and salt.
• Broil the grouper until flaked easily with fork, about 4 mins per side. Spoon
shrimp and crab mixture over fish, then serve.
