Ingredients
• 1 (12 oz.) package English muffins
• 1 (4.5 oz.) can small shrimp, drained
• 1/2 cup butter, softened
• 1 (5 oz.) jar processed cheese spread
• 1 1/2 tsps. mayonnaise
• 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
• 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
Direction
• Set the oven to 450°F (230°C) and start preheating.
• Split English muffins in 1/2; put aside.
• Mix seasoned salt, garlic powder, mayonnaise, cheese spread, softened
butter and shrimp in a mixing bowl. Top over English muffin halves with the
mixture and spread. Slice each half into 6-8 triangles. Arrange triangles on a
cookie sheet. Bake until mixture starts melting or for 10 minutes.
Immediately serve.
