Ingredients
• 1 (16 oz.) package dry farfalle (bow tie) pasta
• 1/2 cup butter
• 1 (6 oz.) can crabmeat, drained and flaked
• 1 (14.5 oz.) can peeled and diced tomatoes, drained
• 1 1/2 tbsps. red pepper flakes
• 1 tbsp. garlic salt
• salt and pepper to taste
Direction
• Boil a large pot of lightly salted water. Add the farfalle pasta and let it cook
for 8-10 minutes until al dente; drain.
• In a separate pot, melt the butter. Stir in tomatoes and crabmeat. Season the
mixture with garlic salt, red pepper, pepper, and salt. Cook and stir for 10
minutes. Toss in cooked pasta. Serve.
