Ingredients
• 1 lb. fresh mushrooms, stems removed
• 1 (12 oz.) package chicken-flavor stuffing mix
• 1 (10.75 oz.) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
• 10 3/4 fluid oz. milk
Direction
• Prepare the oven by preheating to 350°F (175°C). Prepare one 9×13-inch
baking dish that is greased.
• Ready stuffing based on package directions.
• Stuff mushrooms with stuffing and layer in baking dish.
• Use one can of milk to dilute can of soup. Place over the mushrooms, cover,
and bake for 25 minutes.
