Ingredients
• 1 (8 oz.) package softened cream cheese
• 1 egg yolk
• 1 tbsp. Italian bread crumbs
• 1 green onion, chopped
• 1 tbsp. lemon juice
• 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
• 1 tsp. garlic powder
• 1 pinch salt and ground black pepper to taste
• 1 (6 oz.) can snow crab, drained
• 1 (4 oz.) can small shrimp, drained
• 12 large white mushrooms, stems removed
• 1 cup Italian bread crumbs
Direction
• Prepare the oven by preheating to 400°F (200°C). Use aluminum foil to line
a baking sheet.
• In the bowl of a mixer, put pepper, salt, garlic powder, Worcestershire
sauce, lemon juice, green onion, 1 tbsp. bread crumbs, egg yolk, and cream
cheese. Stir until smooth and equally combined. Add in the shrimp and snow
crab then fold. Fill the mushrooms with this mixture, then press into the rest
of bread crumbs to cover. Transfer onto baking sheet stuffing-side-up once
coated.
• Place in the preheated oven then bake for 12 to 14 minutes until the
mushrooms have softened slightly. Then set the oven to broil, and place the
mushrooms to broil for a few minutes until the tops are bubbly and golden.
