Hot Chicken Wings

Prep time: 15 minutes

Cook time: 2-3 hours

Serving: 4-6 people

Ingredients:

2 lbs. chicken wings, separated into drumettes and flats

1/4 cup hot sauce

1/4 cup butter, melted

2 tbsp honey

1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

Salt and pepper to taste

Blue cheese dressing and celery sticks, for serving

Directions:

Preheat your sous vide machine to 165°F (74°C).

In a mixing bowl, whisk together the hot sauce, melted butter, honey, apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper.

Add the chicken wings to a sous vide bag and pour the hot sauce mixture over the chicken wings.

Seal the bag, removing as much air as possible before sealing.

Cook the bag in the sous vide unit for two to three hours.

Remove the bag from the sous vide machine and the chicken wings after two to three hours.

A baking sheet should be lined with parchment paper and the oven should be preheated to 450°F (232°C).

Bake the chicken wings for 10 to 12 minutes, or until they are golden and crispy.

Provide celery sticks and blue cheese dressing beside the hot chicken wings.
