Turkey Salad with Cucumber

Prep time: 10 minutes

Cook time: 2 hours

Serving: 2-4 people


2 turkey breasts, skinless

1/2 cup Greek yogurt

1/4 cup diced red onion

1/4 cup chopped fresh dill

2 tbsp lemon juice

1 tsp honey

Salt and pepper to taste

1 large cucumber, sliced


Preheat your sous vide machine to 145°F (63°C).

Season the turkey breasts with salt and pepper to taste.

Place the turkey breasts into a sous vide bag and seal the bag, removing as much air as possible before sealing.

Place the bag in the sous vide machine and cook for 2 hours.

Take the turkey breasts out of the sous vide bag after two hours have passed.

Slice the turkey into bite-sized pieces after allowing it to cool for a few minutes.

Greek yogurt, sliced red onion, finely chopped fresh dill, lemon juice, honey, salt, and pepper should all be thoroughly blended in a mixing dish.

Stir carefully to coat the turkey with the yogurt mixture after adding the chopped turkey to the mixing basin.

Place the sliced cucumber on a plate or in a dish, then pour the turkey salad on top to serve the turkey salad with cucumber.
