Garlic Tabasco Adameme Cheese

1 cup Adameme Cheese, grated

1/4 cup heavy cream

1 tablespoon Tabasco sauce

3 cloves garlic, minced

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper


Preheat the sous vide water bath to 160°F (71°C).

In a mixing bowl, combine the grated Adameme Cheese, heavy cream, Tabasco sauce, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper.

Mix the ingredients until well combined. Transfer the mixture to a sous vide bag and seal it.

Place the bag in the preheated water bath and cook for 2 hours.

Remove the bag from the water bath and let it to cool for a few minutes once the two hours are over.

Transfer the contents to a serving plate after opening the bag. Warm Garlic Tabasco Adameme Cheese is best served with bread or your preferred crackers.
